Academic Manager

I have had a life-long passion for working with children and feel very grateful for the opportunity to serve in this role. It is with great enthusiasm and honor to introduce myself as an academic Manager of BIS – AlOlaya. I am extremely proud and excited to support the staff,students and parents. I graduated from the Faculty of Arts, English dept. Specialized in English literature and a higher diploma in TEFL.Besides,obtaining a master degree preliminary year in Educational Leadership. My academic background and sixteen years of experience working in the Middle East as a lead teacher and academic manager provided me with a broad view that is beneficial in assisting developing schools. My objective as an Academic Manager is to develop and maintain effective educational programs to promote the improvement of teaching and learning at BIS-AlOlayal. I strive to create an organization and climate which fosters staff and student growth. I am here to make every effort to help your children reach their fullest potential. I will continue to move BIS-AlOlaya through a rich learning environment guided with love and support toward a bright future.
